Terms & Conditions: 

Students must arrive on time for class. Any student arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be permitted to participate in the class.

The introduction of food and sweetened beverages into the studio is prohibited, except in designated rest and preparation areas.

Order and cleanliness must be maintained to avoid disrupting the atmosphere and stay at the location.

The center is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables. It is advised not to bring jewelry, and to keep mobile phones inside a bag.

Parents and students are not to enter the studio during a class to avoid disturbances.

Appropriate attire must be worn to every lesson, in accordance with the teacher's requirements published at the start of the year. A student who fails to wear the required attire will not be allowed to participate actively in the lesson.

General Conditions and Payments:

Activities will begin in May 2024 and end in July 2024. The center will take a break and resume activities in September.

Registration is for three months, with payment made only via direct debit through credit card processing for the duration of the study.

An option for one trial lesson without commitment is available only for new students.

Class prices are calculated based on annual costs and actual execution costs, holidays, and memorial days on which activities are not held are calculated and included in the cost.

Recurring credit card payment: The parent will provide a credit card to be charged monthly on a set date. The system will automatically charge the specified amount each month.

A place in the group is not guaranteed nor is participation in a lesson without prior registration and payment arrangement.

It is the parent's responsibility to ensure that the credit card is charged on the date. If the charge does not go through (due to refusal, cancellation, not valid, etc.), the parent must arrange payment within 7 days to allow the student's participation in the lessons.

Days of activity, hours, and group assignments are subject to change based on system constraints and a minimum of three registrants per group. The center also reserves the right to cancel or change a class, merge groups, and replace teachers according to professional judgments and constraints. In case of an instructor's absence, the lesson will be conducted by a substitute or postponed to another date as decided by the center management.

In the case of a lesson cancellation by the teacher/studio, the studio is responsible for rescheduling the lesson to another date.

In case of absence from a lesson, please notify in advance if possible. The center's management is not obligated to contact for clarification, and no refund will be given for absence from lessons.

During the year, promotional content, updates, and messages will be sent via email and WhatsApp groups. If you do not wish to receive this, please inform the center via message or return email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registration is only for three months, and therefore monthly payments are charged in advance from the actual start of the activity in May until July inclusive.

No monetary credit will be given for partial absence of the student for any reason: travel, isolation, family vacations, or other temporary reasons; no partial month refunds.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing (email or message) by the 20th of the month prior to leaving. A refund will be provided from the month following the notice. No refund will be given for a month that has already started, even if the student is absent during it. The student will be fully charged until the end of the month and will be credited from the next month provided that the notice was given to the studio in advance. The refund will be returned only to the student's parents.

There is no retroactive refund, and any discounts are canceled at the time of cancellation. The participant will be charged the full cost of the lessons in which they were supposed to participate or did participate, and the cancellation fee will be deducted.

In case of cancellation due to injury or a medical condition that prevents participation in the classes, medical certificates must be presented.

Discounts:

A sibling from the same household is entitled to a 10% discount on the class (the cheaper of the two).

No discounts can be combined.

Health Declaration:

By registering and paying for the class, the parent declares that the child is fit to participate in the activity and has no health problems of any kind. During participation in the lesson, the parent declares that the child is in good health, enabling their participation in the lessons. I am aware and acknowledge that the activities involve physical efforts, and by signing this agreement, I declare that the child's health is good and fully fit for activity in the center and that they have not suffered from any illness, injury, or medical condition in the past and present that may prevent or affect their participation - If there is a medical issue or any change in the child's health condition, I commit to notifying the studio management in writing and attach a medical certificate.

In case the child has an allergy or sensitivity, it is the parent's responsibility to inform the center.

Responsibility:

I acknowledge the inherent risks associated with the student's participation in the programs and lessons of the center, including slips, falls, sports injuries, and illnesses. I understand that this list is not exhaustive and does not limit the agreement.

I release the center and its professional teachers from any claim arising from the student's participation in their programs. By participating in the center's programs and services, I assume all related risks and release the organization from any liability for injuries or damages caused.

I am aware and approve the publication of the participant's photos in the center's digital media. If you do not approve, please inform the center management in writing of your disagreement.

I confirm that I am aware and accept theses conditions, payment terms, refund terms, cancellation terms, the health declaration, and the center's policies detailed in the registration page, regulations, and the parent agreement.
