שמי ורדית חסקי ואני מלמדת יוגה מזה 10 שנים, מתמחה ביוגה התפתחותית לילדים.

במהלך השנים הוקסמתי מעולם היוגה וראיתי בו כלי מרכזי לחינוך והתפתחות אישית.

עבורי יוגה היא דרך חיים. אני רואה בתרגול היוגה הכרחי וחיוני עבור כל אחד ואחת מאיתנו.

החזון שלי הוא להנגיש את עולם היוגה לכולם מגיל צעיר כך שילדים יוכלו לנווט בעולם בצורה מאוזנת ועצמאית, עם גמישות קוגניטיבית וביטוי עצמי מלא.

המטרה שלי היא ליצור חוויה בטוחה, נעימה ומשמעותית שתעורר ידע עצמי ושלווה פנימית אצל כל אחד בכיתה שלי. דרך ההוראה שלי מבוססת על שיטות ייחודיות המסייעות בפיתוח מיומנויות של שליטה עצמית, ויסות רגשי, ריכוז והרפיה.

יוגה היא כלי יקר ערך שיכול לשרת את כולם, ואני נרגשת להיות חלק מהמסע הזה של התפתחות והנחת היסודות לעתיד הילדים.

My name is Vardit Hasky and I have been teaching yoga for the last 10 years, specialising in developmental yoga for children.

over the years, I was fascinated from the yoga world, seeing it as a key tool for education and personal development.  

For me, yoga is a way of life. I see the yoga practice a necessary and an essential for each and one of us.

My vision is to make the world of yoga accessible to everyone from a young age, so children can navigate the world in a balanced and independent manner, with cognitive flexibility and full self-expression. 

My goal is to create a safe, pleasant and meaningful experience that will awaken self-knowledge and inner peace in every one in my class. My way of teaching is based on unique methods that help develop skills of self-control, emotional regulation, concentration and relaxation.

Yoga is a precious tool that can serve everyone, and I am excited to be part of this journey of development and laying the foundations for children's future.
